Hold together the world for me - 2024

When I first drew an original illustration in December 2023, I was in a place where the world felt so overwhelming that I needed to be held. Little did I know that the world for me would become even more overwhelming, and I would be the one who had to hold myself together.

As I painted this mural on Thursday, I realized I was no longer the person who drew that original illustration at the end of 2023. But I still wanted to paint it because now, these are my own hands that hold me. I did not know i had such strength in me to hold my whole world together
