When Aygyul and Pati were jamming for the first time -- this was the phrase that Pati came up with, then it became a song, then it became something more. "The end of the world" here is metaphorical. It's about transformations and inner shifts. 
 
Tell people you love that you love them, grow together, face changes. Take each other's hands. You can go through everything if you stick together.
 
To take someone’s hand is an act of trust. To ask for someone’s hand means to bare one’s soul — which is an act of vulnerability. And this is the greatest strength.
